When Geneva10 opened its doors in 2009, Amazon wasn’t the household name it is today. The company was trying to expand beyond its bookstore roots and needed key distributors to funnel manufacturers through. Geneva10 cofounder Mark Becker had prior experience with Amazon, so he agreed to partner with them. The first product we sourced was a water refrigeration filter. It was, pardon the pun, a great way to get our feet wet.

From those humble beginnings, Geneva10 earned a reputation as Amazon experts. Today, we work with a wide range of online and brick and mortar retailers and offer a full array of services, from wholesale distribution to retail and eCommerce order fulfillment. With seven locations (and counting) across the U.S., your orders are never more than a couple of days out.

Unlike most third-party logistics (3PL) providers, we don’t focus on either direct to consumer (D2C) or business-to-business (B2B) sales; we handle both. And if warehousing is all you’re looking for, we specialize in inventory management, as well. Our proprietary Warehouse Management System is integrated with Amazon, Walmart, Target, and every major shopping cart and marketplace — over 100 in all. This ensures retail compliance and hassle-free order entry, shipping, and tracking. If you have a product to sell, we’ll take care of the rest! And if you’ve got a special request, we’re happy to oblige. Value-added services like embroidery, kitting, custom engraving, and special packaging are available at no extra charge.
Our technology-first approach is what drives our business. It allows us to constantly improve our processes and provide you with the analytics you need to succeed. All the data in the world won’t help if you don’t know how to interpret it; we build customized dashboards that give you the metrics most important to your business, so you’ll know exactly where to focus your efforts. We hate to throw around the phrase “one-stop shop,” but Geneva10 has succeeded by offering a full suite of services under one roof. It’s what differentiates us from other 3PLs.
